DESCRIPTION:  THIS CLASS WILL WORK ON YOUR STRENGTHENING, TONING, AND STAMINA.  3 MINUTE EXERCISES BY USING DIFFERENT TECHNIQUES ON EQUIPMENT IN ROTATION.
